Griff Carton and Griff Pac Flat - Pack Clinical Waste Bins

Flat pack clinical waste containers offer a space and cost saving solution when compared with their rigid plastic counterparts. We are able to offer two models in the Griff range - the Griff Carton (made from cardboard) and the Griff Pac (made from corrugated polypropylene). Both are UN 3291 approved. 

The Griff^® Carton:

The Griff^® Carton is a cardboard clinical waste container constructed from 75% recycled material and contains a high density polyethylene (HDPE) liner complete with two closures. Available in 12, 25 and 50 litre sizes, the Griff^® Carton is ideal for GP surgeries, private clinics and hospital wards.

It’s ultra-lightweight ‘fold flat’ design reduces transport and treatment costs, whilst the low plastic content ensures that processing emissions are minimised.

• Is less than 50% of the cost of equivalent plastic bins.
• Made from 75% recylced cardboard.

• Has an integral ‘draw’ band to facilitate closure of the bag.

The Griff^® Pac clinical waste box:

The Griff^® Pac is a high quality clinical waste box that is 74% lighter than standard rigid units (Grip, Bin and EVO).

Made from lightweight corrugated polypropylene and approved to UN 3291, Griff^® Pac is ideal for the collection and disposal of clinical waste.

• Has a flat-pack design to reduce the transport and storage costs.
• Has an integrated handle to allow ease of transportation.
• Integral HDPE liner
• Is available in yellow, orange, or blue colours to comply with waste segregation regulations .
• Has a thermo-welded base which is resistant to liquid contaminatio -such as wet floors or liquid accidentally placed inside the box. 
• Can be stacked efficiently to reduce storage space.

The Griff^® Pac is available in 25 and 50 litre sizes.
