Registration is required to purchase from our website and there are 3 options available to you:-
- Private (Credit card only and limited website functionality)
- Business (Credit Card or Credit account with full website functionality)
- PCT (Purchase Control Technology - System enabling you to manage users and their spend)
To register yourself as an end-user against an existing Camlab/Patterson (Business) account click here. (Note, you will need to have your Camlab/Patterson account number to hand. This can be found on previous invoices, delivery notes and order confirmations.) Please select "Business" from the Account Type list and wait for the page to refresh - See example below - Once the page has refreshed type your Camlab/Patterson account code in the "Account Code" field and then complete the rest of the online registration form. Once you have completed and checked the registration form please click on the "Register" button. You will then receive an email confirmation from Camlab letting you know that your Camlab account has been activated. We endeavour to activate accounts within 24Hrs.
Login to your account
To login to your account and view your dashboard (current/pending orders, quotes, service contracts etc) click here. If you are unable to login or are experiencing any other login issues then please contact our Customer Service department on 01954 233100 or use the live support feature. Please note you will only be able to login to your account once you have received notification of account activation from Camlab or you have placed your first order by credit card.
Request a Quote
To request a quote simply ‘REQUEST A QUOTE’ button on the product page. You then enter your details and we can send you a quote for the specified items. Please allow 24hrs for us to assess and prepare your quote accordingly.
We accept most major credit, debit and purchasing cards for orders. Business users may use existing credit terms and purchase orders. We also accept PayPal Express and Amazon Pay for UK orders.
Safe and secure
Paying by credit card on camlab.co.uk is extremely safe! - We do not take or store your credit/debit card details. We use SAGEPAY payment gateway to process payment - a fully PCI DSS compliant provider.
From our distribution centre in Cambridge we ship around the World. Our delivery costs start from as little as £6.99 for orders up to 5Kg within the UK. Our aim is to send your order upon receipt. Orders placed before 14:00 (GMT) Monday-Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 (GMT) will be dispatched the next working day. To guarantee delivery, please ensure we have proper and complete addresses. Orders are usually dispatched by courier. Delivery method will depend on the size, weight and value of the order. The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock. You will be informed promptly.

*** Please note that some areas in the UK are subject to longer delivery times because of their remote locations: Next Day & Saturday delivery is not available for Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man and Channels Islands. For all the areas, the next day delivery service will be a 2-day delivery service.
International delivery prices vary due to the difference in shapes and sizes of our products. If you want to ship your goods abroad then please contact us for a delivery quotation. Minimum order value
There is no minimum value for orders placed online!.
Please note that stated lead times are an indication only based on lead-time information provided to us by our suppliers. We then supplement this information by adjusting lead-times on a case by case base to reflect the most accurate actual performance that we can.
