This is the Nabertherm flap door long-lasting 1100º muffle furnace range for laboratory and industrial use. These relibale furnaces are ideally suited for a large number of processes in the field of material research and heat treatment. 

The furnace is customisable with a wide range of options.

Features:

• Heats to 1100°C (fully programmable)
• B510 controller offering 5 progams each with 4 programmable segments
• Heating from two sides by ceramic heating plates (heating from three sides for
  muffle furnaces 24l and 40l variants)
• Flap door
• Uses type N thermocouple for temperature control
• Temperature uniformity of +/- 5ºc with closed fresh air inlet in an empty workspace at temperatures above 800ºc
• Ceramic heating plates with integral heating element which is safeguarded and
  easy to replace
• Adjustable air inlet integrated in door
• Exhaust air outlet in rear wall of furnace

Safety

This furnace is not suitable for processes generating explosive gas mixtures, e.g. debinding processes. If used for these kind of processes the concentration of organic gases in the furnace must never exceed 3% of the lower explosion level. This precondition is not only valid for normal operation but in particular for exceptional circumstances, e.g. process failures (caused by a module breakdown etc).
